How much does your home really cost?

What your spreadsheet used to do
And how much you had to remember yourself.

Frequently asked questions
How do I split bills with flatmates?
Add the flat and the people who live there, then enter bills: the amount, the due date and who paid. The app splits every bill equally, by shares or manually and keeps the balance up to date. It also suggests the fewest transfers that leave everyone even.
Do my flatmates need an account?
No. You can add someone without an account to the split and someone else enters their bills. Anyone who wants to see the balance and get reminders joins through an invitation link.
How do I settle utility advances with a tenant?
You enter the rent and the utility advance in the lease and add electricity, gas or water invoices as ordinary bills. At settlement the app compares the advances paid with the actual costs for the chosen period and shows how much to refund the tenant or how much they should top up.
How much is the Polish rental income tax and when is it due?
The lump-sum tax on private rental income in Poland is 8.5% of income up to PLN 100,000 a year and 12.5% above that. It is paid monthly or quarterly by the 20th of the following month, and for the last period of the year with the PIT-28 return, by 30 April. The app calculates a suggested amount from the rent payments you entered and adds it to your bills to pay. It is a suggestion, not tax advice: check the amount before paying.
Can I manage several properties with one account?
Yes. One account handles your own home, a flat shared with flatmates and flats you rent out. Each property has its own bills, people, balance and reports, and a sold one goes to the archive.
Is the app free? Who can see my data?
Yes, basic use is free, with no ads and no tracking tools. A property's data is visible only to the people you invite. We keep it on our own server and never share it with anyone. The details are in the terms and the privacy policy.
